Since then, he has been instrumental in backfilling two end-cap spaces, totaling some 35% of the square footage of the center. His marketing skills brought in quality tenants, with uses that complement the existing line-up. His negotiations skills secured 1-year lease terms at top-of-the-market rents. Once of these transactions brought to completion entirely during the past year, despite all the challenges presented by Covid.

In dealing with the other management company, we were unable to receive a response regarding the lease negotiations or revisions. Moreover, we had spent months trying to get a lease and the initial language that we required during our first meeting with the previous management company on the other unit was never included. They were never able to bring a lease to our satisfaction.
