With more than 20 years in the industry, Rob Hatrak founded Hatrak Commercial in 2021. He oversees the business development, management, and brokerage services aspects of the company.

Rob started his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap selling multifamily investment properties. Later he moved to Colliers International where he added the additional layers of retail and industrial properties to his focus. Following Colliers, he spent a number of years at a boutique brokerage where year after year his numbers out-performed all other brokers at the company combined.

During his career, he has represented and transacted more than 5 million square feet of real estate. As such, he’s been recognized with many industry awards including various CoStar Top Power Broker awards for the Las Vegas market in years spanning 2011-2023.

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Rob served as Senior Vice President at Justice Data Systems of America, a leading provider of computer scheduling software solutions and consultancy services. JDSA serviced State-level clients around the country, with focus on the nationwide prison system.

Rob is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and was first licensed in 2005. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, doing hot laps at the local racetrack, and playing golf.
