For over 35 years, Rick practiced industrial and commercial real estate brokerage and development services across several states on the East and West Coasts and in the Mountain States. He is currently licensed in four states including the State of Nevada. Rick concentrates on the northern Nevada market, focusing on the Reno/Lake Tahoe area.
Early in his career, Rick spent six years as a consulting engineer, licensing and developing nuclear power generation. He spent three years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including two years as a commissioned officer at Sandia National Laboratories.
During the ensuing 35 years Rick grew the company he founded into a prominent developer in the Mountain States, specializing in large mixed use office, retail and hotel development with divisions in leasing and management, land planning and space planning. He provided development services for major warehouse distribution parks, including data center components. During the last decade, Rick brokered industrial land and buildings for redevelopment and new construction, totaling over 600,000 square feet of investment grade buildings. He provided development services for planned industrial buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet.
Rick has significant experience in landlord and tenant representation, complex land assemblage for investor acquisition and development, and the ultimate brokerage of high-value, fully developed, investment-grade real estate. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell with degrees in Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering. Rick graduated from the U.S. Army Engineer School with a Diploma in civil engineering.
Rick is an avid horseman who enjoys playing polo and riding through high deserts and mountains.
