The State of New Mexico has been using our Workforce Management
and Employee Scheduling Software solutions statewide (Department
of Corrections) since early 1987. Implementation began at
a pilot work location followed by statewide implementation.
The first year overtime reduction was approximately $1 million.
Currently, their operations and fiscal management divisions
rely on our solutions to analyze operations, developing
deployment budgets, generating budget-based schedules, and
tracking personnel costs at each work location and department.

Management business processes were implemented supported
by our
Employee Scheduling Software.

by over $1 million. In the past two years, the Sheriff's

state and local detention facilities, has implemented our
Workforce Management and Employee Scheduling Solutions at
their two largest locations.
Beginning with the first month at a pilot facility, overtime
was reduced from an average of approximately $600,000 per
month to less than $2,000 per month. The second facility

within personnel budgets even with the overtime required.

The Shelby County Jail currently has a budget of over 1,300 employee being schedule by our system. This facility was under a federal court order in the early 1990's. The Court Monitor recommended us to the Judge to help them address significant staffing problems at the facility. With our assistance, they were able to achieve the following:
- They were out from under the court order within a year.
- They were able to effectively schedule security personnel
with 100 fewer FTE's.
- Overtime was significantly reduced.
- Sick leave was reduced to 2% to 5% daily.
- A post order system was implemented.
- A policy and procedure system was implemented.
- A Direct Supervision housing unit was piloted and implemented.
- Position vacancy to till time was reduced.
